His keen attention to detail and exemplary leadership has made him a valuable team player not only at DFC, but in other medical student organisations as well.

Dr. Misam Hashmi
Executive Director
Dr. Hashmi brings a wealth of expertise in administration and a dedication to driving the NGO’s sustainability. Her experience with managing and growing medical student organisations, background in marketing, and a leadership approach that emphasises building strong human connections, combined with her passion for humanitarian work and bringing meaningful change to the healthcare system perfectly positions her to lead the DFC team.

Dr. Devamsh Arora
Director, Design Team
Dr. Arora’s visionary leadership and creative prowess drives the design team forward, infusing innovation and strategic direction into every project. He is well known to be greatly beloved by his team, and takes great care in ensuring every member feels right at home.

Dr. Bhavika
Deputy Director, Design Team
Brings precision and efficiency, complementing her team with meticulous planning and a collaborative spirit, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives. Dr. Bhavika’s eagerness to participate, learn, and take decisions in the best interest of her team makes her an invaluable addition to our board of directors.

Dr. Saimah Naseer
Co-Director, Health Camp Team
Dr. Naseer demonstrates exceptional organizational skills & a compassionate approach in coordinating health camp activities for maximum efficiency. Her experience with health camps spans more than a year, and in addition to managing the health camp team, she takes time out to train new volunteers and recruits to conduct health camps.

Rajvi Soni

Rajvi’s leadership qualities and a hands-on approach in coordinating health camps made her stand out and quickly climb the ranks right up to the board of directors. Her enthusiasm for DFC is infectious and acts as the perfect ingredient to keep her team motivated and productive.

Maitri Shah
Deputy Director, Health Camp Team
Maitri is a quick and innovative thinker who oversees the health camp process with compassion and efficiency to deliver quality healthcare services. A strong leader and reliable team player, she takes initiative and smoothly oversees all health camp operations and volunteer training.

Annanya Mukherjee
Director, DFC Editorial
Annanya excels in content curation and possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring impactful communication of the NGO’s initiatives. Annanya’s leadership and writing skills enable DFC to cover vital issues related to health, the Indian healthcare system and other humanitarian concerns.

Dr. Vindhya Sridhar
Director, Public Relations
An excellent communicator with a flair for building strong relationships and promoting the NGO’s mission effectively, Dr Sridhar is one of DFC’s most valuable board members. While she is relatively new to the organisation, she takes up initiatives and executes them with unmatched gusto. She has almost single-handedly reactivated DFC’s Mental Health Task Force, which she continues to supervise in addition to her directorial duties.

Dr. Muskan Sharma
DFC Admin
Dr. Sharma plays a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the NGO through her proficient administrative skills. No deadline ever escapes her, and her highly organised approach makes all aspects of DFC function like a well-oiled machine. In addition to her directorial duties, she is one of DFC’s most enthusiastic members, and is one of the supervisors of the Mental Health Task Force.

Dr. Anujeet Paul

Dr. Paul is the backbone of DFC. A visionary leader and talented ophthalmologist, he understands the responsibility of a healthcare worker and is dedicated to contributing every available moment out of his packed schedule to drive the NGO forward through his invaluable counsel. Dr. Paul is not new to organising and collaborating and has a rich background im balancing several initiatives and extra-curricular activities along with his stellar career.

Dr. Shaikh Ayub Hasan
Co- Founder & CFO
Dr. Hasan demonstrates financial expertise, prudent fiscal management, & meticulous oversight in budgetary planning to safeguard DFC’s financial stability while ensuring transparency & accountability in financial affairs.

Dr. Arjun Talapatra
Co- Founder & COO
Dr. Talapatra, often described as the heart of DFC, is proficient in executing DFC’s vision in a hands-on manner. A reliable team member who never fails to show up, whether for advice or for carrying out health camps as the attending physician, he demonstrates an unshakable support for the DFC board along with remarkable operational proficiency. In addition to his blossoming career in Critical Care and Anaesthesiology, he is dedicated to supporting the NGO’s humanitarian efforts.
